Skidddaw Special Bitter

Skidddaw Special Bitter

(ABV 3.7%). A refreshing session bitter with a well-balanced, full-flavoured palate.

Haystacks

Haystacks

(ABV 3.7%) A refreshing ale for fell wanderers. A pale cloured zesty beer, light palate, late hopped with Pioneer to give a hint of grapefruit.

Red Pike

Red Pike

(ABV 3.8%) A dark red ale with complex malty backbone but with plenty of hop flavour, balanced with a big hit of hops. The hop blend gives notes of resin and pine as well as some citrus and fruit

Helvellyn Gold

Helvellyn Gold

(A.B.V. 4.0%) Straw coloured, with a hoppy aroma and a pleasant bitterness.

Black Sail

Black Sail

(ABV 4.0%) A very dark stout made with lots of chocolate malt and black malt. Complex flavours of coffee and liquorice abound.

High Pike

High Pike

(ABV 4.2%) Deep amber colour and a full nutty malt character complemented by a complex hop bitterness and an aromatic finish.

Doris’ 90th Birthday ale

Doris’ 90th Birthday ale

(A.B.V. 4.3%) A glorious, full flavoured, fruity premium beer. Originally brewed in 1989 to celebrate the 90th Birthday of Liz Fearnley’s mother. A true favourite and a justifiably famous beer!

Scafell Blonde

Scafell Blonde

(4.3%). A pale, refreshing but substantial bitter, with a refreshing, almost citrus late hop note. An introduction to real ale for lager drinkers!

Brim Fell

Brim Fell

(ABV 4.5%) A light, copper-coloured IPA. This is an English Style IPA with new-world flavours from American hops, producing an IPA that pays homage to traditional beers.

Catbells Pale Ale

Catbells Pale Ale

(A.B.V. 5.0%) This is a refreshing, easy to drink pale ale, however, beware: it could readily catch you out!

Old Carrock Strong Ale

Old Carrock Strong Ale

(A.B.V. 6%) A dark red, delicious strong ale, beguilingly smooth and definitely dangerous. A smooth blend of crystal, chocolate and pale ale malts with a modest bitter note and finished with that classic liquid Christmas pudding flavour.
